Diwali Celebrations !

It been 16 months since we moved to United States and its been a long journey so far. When I was in India we celebrated Diwali for a day and in a small way. Honestly for our family it was a simple affair.

Last year was my first Diwali after marriage and in USA, we went to a temple attended pooja we were allowed to light sparkles at 8 but due to bad weather it was called off. This year 2014 I was down with severe cold but I celebrated Diwali like never before. For three days in a row my friends who are great hosts invited us to celebrate Diwali together and what a weekend it was.

Sharing pictures from one of the party which was hosted by a fun loving Awesome couple...
